The temperature inside the Bigg Boss house is rising fast, and the latest episode proved just how quickly a light-hearted task can spiral into something far more serious. What began as a playful rap battle between the contestants turned into a full-blown confrontation, with Rhiti Tiwari, Uditi Singh and Qazi Touqeer at the centre of the storm.
The current season of Salman Khan’s popular reality show premiered on September 6 at 9 PM on JioHotstar, welcoming sixteen celebrity contestants into the house. This year’s lineup includes Rhiti Tiwari, Qazi Touqeer, Aasif Khan, Aman Gandhi, ScoutOP, Amrapali Dubey, Kanika Mann, Uditi Singh and Isha Rikhi, among others.
While the previous Weekend Ka Vaar episode centred on Salman Khan addressing social media trolling directed at celebrities’ appearances, the newest episode turned the spotlight firmly on the mounting friction between the housemates.
The episode kicked off with a diss rap competition, giving contestants a chance to poke fun at one another with witty, sharp lyrics. Rhiti Tiwari and Uditi Singh quickly became the main focus of the battle, with Qazi Touqeer stepping in to support Uditi’s side.
However, the playful atmosphere soured when Rhiti’s verses crossed the line into personal territory, leaving Qazi visibly upset. He wasted no time confronting Rhiti and standing up for Uditi, which sparked a heated back-and-forth between the contestants. What was meant to be a fun task had suddenly transformed into a tense face-off.
Uditi also hit back strongly at Rhiti, advising her not to lean on her father’s identity and instead to carve out a name for herself.
After the argument, Amrapali Dubey pulled Rhiti aside for a one-on-one conversation. She pointed out that some of Rhiti’s remarks about Uditi had been far too personal and could end up creating bigger problems for her inside the house. Amrapali also cautioned Rhiti that her comments might provoke a strong reaction from the other contestants. The chat made it clear that not everyone in the house was comfortable with how the rap battle had played out.
The rivalry showed no signs of cooling down, as Uditi later opened up during a conversation with Aman Gandhi. Reflecting on the argument, Uditi spoke about her own appearance, saying she considers herself attractive thanks to her parents. She then shifted her attention to Rhiti and made several unkind remarks about her looks and personality. Uditi used words like “ugly”, “fatso” and “moti” while referring to Rhiti, and even made a harsh comment about her character. The exchange made it evident just how quickly the disagreement between the two women had escalated into a deeply personal feud.
Later, Rhiti addressed the situation herself, expressing frustration over Qazi’s involvement in the dispute. She was especially upset with Kushal Tanwar, popularly known as Gullu, for failing to support her during the confrontation. While discussing the matter, Rhiti openly admitted that she hates Qazi Touqeer, making it clear that their equation inside the house has become extremely strained.
Mahhi soon approached Rhiti to understand what had transpired. Rhiti explained that she was furious because she felt Qazi had behaved aggressively towards her, claiming that he had repeatedly confronted her and fuelled the escalation. Mahhi, however, offered a different take, noting that both contestants had shown aggression during the argument. Their discussion highlighted just how divided the housemates were over who was truly responsible for taking things too far.
The episode then shifted gears with an important update in the captaincy race. Bigg Boss summoned the contestants to the Legacy Room and introduced the ‘Ulta Prachar’ task, with seven housemates competing for a shot at captaincy: Aasif Khan, Amrapali Dubey, Mary Kom, Isha Rikhi, ScoutOP, Yung DSA and Rhiti Tiwari. Each contender was called into the room individually, while the remaining contestants were asked to decide which of them they did not want to see as captain.
Rhiti suffered a major setback when several housemates chose to reject her candidature. Mahhi, Qazi and Uditi stamped “Rejected” on Rhiti, signalling their lack of support for her captaincy bid. Aman Gandhi also turned down Rhiti’s candidature, explaining that he finds her immature and prone to becoming aggressive quickly. The votes piled considerable pressure on Rhiti and suggested that the earlier arguments may have damaged her standing among the housemates.
By the end of the episode, the Bigg Boss house stood clearly divided, with the conflict between Rhiti, Uditi and Qazi dominating nearly every conversation. What started as a simple diss rap task has left behind fresh tensions and wounded egos. With the captaincy race now in full swing, only time will tell how these rivalries shape the contestants’ strategies and relationships in the days to come.
